My Son is Born Abroad
my Wife is an American and My son is Born in Pakistan.
He is 4 yrs now and i Want to apply for his Passport. We live in Pakistan
Can someone please tell me what documents and forms are required and how to go about it

But for this my wife has to have lived in US for 5 yrs after 18 and she hasnt. so i cannot file it locally in Pakistan

proof of American citizen parent´s physical presence in the U.S. The citizen parent must be able to furnish proof of 5 years´ residency in the United States prior to the child´s birth, at least two of which were after the age of 14.
