so my husband did not add any derivatives to my I-130 application which is already approved and DQ at nvc. He now wants to add my son to the case will it cause a problem and more delay.?

I was told to add my brothers daughters name at the interview, but she was born after we filed for him. Not sure if you can do that. Call USCIS as well as NVC. They may be able to guide you better.
