they are not excepting expedite I did last month and it was rejected, the normal processing time is 16 month and you are within normal processing time so I will advise to wait for that 16 month period

in very rare case they are excepting I filed expedite through my congressman but got rejected

I Applied 4/2024 nothing I have up to now we have just give up

@I yakub That’s a long time! If it’s out of processing time, then I think you should contact either an attorney if you have one or send an inquiry to a congressman or try send an email or letter to your state senator and explain to him why you want the green card processing to be expedited

@Aya Musa I don’t believe GC can be expedited. What’s your reason for expediting? To travel you have RTD, and you can expedite RTD but GC most likely will not. I’m sorry it’s just a fact. Only mandamus works but you’re still within normal processing time.
