Find a lawyer asap

I think immigration now days is not something good for doing everything by yourself guys lawyer's are too expensive but if you're working please get your self a lawyer ,

did they say why they denied it?!?!

I never convicted of a crime. I understand the obligation of an oath. I swear on pain of perjury that every word is the truth of my personal knowledge. I have been in the United States since my parents smuggled me in from Mexico in 1988 when I was about 3 years old. Consequently, I have no legal immigration status. I was born deaf. I graduated from high school in June 2003, in California. ​After high school, I looked for work, fairly continuously, but it was hard to find because I had no immigration status. When I did find work, it was difficult to keep and it would not last very long because of my deafness.

being that you have a disability and came here so young, your parents should have made sure you got your papers. this is so sad

I’m so sorry to hear this Jose! It’s just super heartbreaking, can you call them and ask them the reason for denial?

Shari mc how can he just get papers? if his parents aren’t legal how can they? I’m just asking because I know if you enter the country legally and over stay.. that can be forgiven under certain circumstances but cases like this don’t fall under that category.
