Did you expedite?

we have the same filing date May 27. i just got the I-140 approved, still waiting for i485, i765, i131 . i hope mine will be next.

@Backlogged Immigrant .. I called for an expedite but did not hear anything abt it being approved..this just happened like that

Congrats! Have you had Hepatitis b vaccine record with your I-693 form? some people said that USCIS sent them a RFE because they didn't have Hep B vaccine record. They said it is required by USCIS since May 20, 2022.

@Jenniffer that’s my frustration , my OPT EAD expired last March since then I stop working.

@Fri Mani..already had my hep b vaccine..it was required by my employer before even starting work.

@MG R. OMG..since march?😨.. that must be very frustrating, saying this bcz I have been there but not this long😳.. I think it depends on wht is ur priority now. Cuz right now, its like you are on a limbo. I would call for an expedite and provide whatever proof they need. Second option, enroll in school while waiting. (I know school option is gona be a hassle cuz of being in an F1 status and dealing with the tuition u might not need).. in the end it’s all up to you.

@Jennifer O. congratulations, did you use a lawyer and if you don't mind me asking what profession did you apply under? was your case under Premium Processing? alot of questions but glad your process was fast and you don't have to deal with the wait times

@kim F..there is no premium processing for I-485 application. However, the premium processing was applied to the I-140; which is the petition to get an approval from uscis for my employer to sponsor me. Yes I had an attorney provided by my employer. I am an RN. 🤗
