@jack my case right now says card was produced and the approval letter has my spouse’ name l, should ai be worried or I should take an action

@french Montana my lawyer told me not to worry, that it would come with the correct name but if I wasn’t convinced enough. then I can call USCIS

@French Montana i can’t say for you. i thought I was the only one who has this issue but it seems like the issue is from them. you either wait till you receive the green card to confirm the name on it or call them right away. what’s your FO

how long will it take before I get the card though? because status change to card was produced today? @jack

and calling the USCiS seems to be very annoying because they keep referring me to online, i need to skip that lady’s voice

my I130 came out to be perfect but the I485 on my online account has two approval letters ans they both have my spouses name. fingers crossed and let me hope It came in my name. Mind you, the bot is getting smarter even though i used Expidite or infopass none worked 🥹🥹🥹

@CC thanks. That explanation makes peefect sense since it is my biometrics they will be using for the card. So I doubt if the card will have my spouse’s name. I will give emma live chat a try just to satisfy my curiosity.. I will update you guys once I get the card.. meanwhile I was suprised on how far my case is in just 117days.. same here. i just got I 485 approval notice and my beneficiary name on it..

guys don’t worry, I have asked a live agent and he says that it won’t matter as the files do have your correct information but if you want to get it corrected, you can file online requestz

i am standing by live chat now and I will updated what they say. I am so frustrated..

The agent I talked said If the approval notice has an error she can not verify the card production office received that same error. my name is listed on file which should be the same information sent over to the production office. i have to wait until the card is arrived… doesn’t make sense to make this mistake

Today, i filed the service request. i got referral number but can track of my process. the agent said USCIS office 30days to respond to my request. i should receive my response by email or mail.
