your not asked to submit anything it’s upto you to send anything I 485, I 131 , I 824. everything is on you to submit. don’t wait you should have sent everything the day you got approved and attached approval receipt

My I-130 approved on the same date of yours. I already filed I-824 and it’s been 103 days but don’t have any updates. If your case is approved and retained, you should file I-824 if beneficiary is outside of USA otherwise you need to file I-485. It should be mentioned what you need to do on your I-130 approval notice.

@abber, I’m not sure if we can get welcome letter from NVC without filing I-824. I’ve heard some people have been successful if uscis made error on I-130 not you.

@Abeer Amjad lawyer always says this kind of phrases but follow the instructions which are given by USCIS to avoid more dalays.

@abeer amjad go to ur document tab. open your approval letter. if it says u need to file i 824 then u shud, if it says it has been sent to nvc then you don't have to.
