u can call the immigration court to ask about the motion of termination

mine got terminated within a few days of filing motion to terminate. you can also EOIR website for your case status. my case was also in nyc.

yeah I’m kinda worried about it and my individual hearing is coming next month

my case they give me 32 days to leave they country my lawyer appeal my case 2 weeks now still waiting nothing as yet ..did interview may.11 2021 didn't approve my hubby mistaken say I was marry before which I was com on law with my child father and get a child born in they usa for him had to prove divorce papers didnt marry legal.to show that's my child father back home send documents we went legally marry within 2weeks they denied and state forw.to leave country lawyer appeal case and sens more document from.my. country still.waiting feel fasturated..does anyone had situation like mine or hear of one

do u already have a pending i485 with Uscis ?

california2020 my case was denied by uscis february 2021 when we reached for interview my lawyer ask them at recipients that case is already in court so my lawyer stop us for interview and ask us go home just get stamped that we appeared so after few days later we received denied letter

why u didn’t go through the interview anyway ? usually i see the people go through the interview and the Uscis administratively close their case until it gets terminated with the immigration court and then they can open the case with uscis to adjudicate it which is gonna save alot of time instead of refilling again

anyways now u should gather all the AOS package with the termination letter and send it to Uscis and maybe but am not sure if u can try to reach out Uscis if there is a chance to open ur old i485 to adjudicate it

just ur lawyer but u can go directly to the court and fill out a form to request a copy of the letter

Hello, i have a current removal proceedings order, but married to an american citizen with an approved application from my spouse requesting to change my status. My lawyer sent the motion to terminate about 5 months ago, and she keeps saying shes checking with DHS with no answer. What should i do next? How can i check myself? Hello, my husband already has a letter from the judge granting the motion of action to close the removal proceedings. That was for his pending asylum app and he got a work permit in the meanwhile. he was waiting for asylum response. Can I use that same letter to send to USCIS for the notice of administrative closure letter we received? Or do I have to request another letter for this I-485 app?
