the success depends on the grounds where the mention is requested. such as new evidence that couldn’t be presented before, change in immigration status…etc for a greater success a joint motion to reopen with DHS is recommended.

jboy did you have a removable order or any criminal history and did DHS join you to reopen?

I have order removal! I didn’t have any criminal record! my order removal was as a result of my first interview that doesn’t go well and I didn’t refile immediately so I was told to appear in court! I didn’t Join with DHS! my lawyer just file motion to reopen with the immigration judge and it was open after 3 month!

@jboy your case is different from mine then I was granted withholding of removal
