Mistake in i-130
My spouse mistakenly filled up both adjustment of status and consular processing for i-130 even though I'm outside USA. Our approval letter states that either we should file i485 or i824. What to do now? If we file i824, how long will it take to get processed? PLEASE HELP 😢😢😢😢

The same thing happened to me with my approval letter, I called uscis and they told me where I was located, if I was outside or inside the USA, I told them to go outside and they would send it to the NVC

I had the same mistake. and we better sen the i130 again the Lawers told us. it the fast way. that i824.
