We filed On August 31, 21 Only the I-130 we hope we getting it soon. according to USCIS page on California Service is processing petition file on August 21, 21

It was actually approved by the Texas Service Center even though it was sent to the California Center. It was on Actively reviewing since Feb 19. It is only a I130 Ir5
