my PD is July 2022, got current in January visa bulletin. I haven’t received medical RFE as of now. case @CRP@NBC. Is it a negative indicator; in other words potential delay?

@pr g Case in CRP as well. No medical RFE yet. Most of the folks from 2022 PD are waiting for it. Only few received. Some received in 2024/2025 when date was not even current.

Thanks for starting this thread. let’s keep each other updated as soon as we hear from USCIS. My medical is expired as well and date has become current in Jan-2026. I have the same question if I would get the medical RFE or not. So far no updates from USCIS

@SK SK you are well ahead in the queue for the batch from 15-March-22 to 1-Feb-2023. Please let us know when you get approved without medical RFE or otherwise.

@BT EB1 Nov2022 @Eb1_ 22 ,I did not filed any h1 extension and any case before I got medical RFE in Oct 2025 and after that status is CRP

@GC Check Since you sent updated medicals, your approval should happen soon. Probably in next few days.

@spv c presently we are seeing approvals till mid mar 2022 so for Nov 2022 it will take Dec 2025 to get it approved as we have nearly 8-10k cases ahead of me

@GC Check As I interpret, that’s because date became current from Dec for PDs up to March. So rest of 2022 will start getting approvals soon. Irrespective of the month.

I believe medicals submitted after 1 Nov 2023 are valid indefinitely unless underlying I485 is denied or withdrawn.
