Immigration Process

I’m a medical professional from one of the ban country. I filed vawa feb 2023 and work permit was issued for 2years which also expired last year but was renewed until next year March. I filed expedite based on my professional license but was denied last year. Now with the recent decision by the government in need of medical doctors, can I file another expedite with proof? I have discussed it with my attorney but he has not given me any response for over 2 months now. what can I do now because I frustrated and it is kind of limiting my chances to many things.
