Hi everyone! For those who have filed a marriage-based I-130/I-485 with a U.S. citizen spouse, could you please share:
1. Which USCIS field office handled your case?
2. When did you file your I-130/I-485?
3. How long after filing was your interview scheduled, if you had one?
4. How long did it take to receive a final decision or green card approval?
I’m especially interested in experiences with the Newark, NJ field office, including cases where the interview was waived.
