i have similar issue, why dont you send another one to the deparment?

Did it got delivered in your second attempt in your usps tracking system and how long did it take? i was thinking to do service of process through legal process of service.

i did certified mail usps do i do the same again or should i change carrier or any other way?

i don't think it matters, important mail is to the USCIS

1.Just send another one, you should have copies,if not fet one in court. 2.did u email your WOM to USCIS by email?this is probably the most important part. 3.nobody have to repond. once u have certified proof of delivery just go to court. it’s faster and easier to mail it again. good luck

i have certified mail receipt that i mail to secretary of dhs but they still havenot return me the return receipt and its still stuck on usps tracking system

so i cant confirm if its delivered or not to show my proof of service to court
