i filed mandamus to Court May 18th and court accepted complaint on May 30th and i got approval on Jun 30th

@m n: has your case status changed info changed at all? meaning it went from application received to actively review? i am also from Bangladesh and I filed for my wife on 3/1/22 and I received active review status update on 7/1/22. so hopefully my file is moving along.

@S A no, it say’s case was received, but I already had my interview last year, my husband filed for me in 2018, no update even after the interview,.

oh ok. normally for consular processing they tell you approved or if they need something they tell you to submit but it’s been too long. it seems like there is some problem. i would sue at this point.

@erd ak name is Law Firm of Kyce Siddiqi, P.C. i don’t know what he will charge you, after knowing your situation but I can say he really charge less than other lawyers cause I been to different lawyers. I find him better. you may contact him.
