you should mail I693 together now they have a rule where they can deny you straightaway instead of RFE. The rules changed august 5.

the lawyer or representative that filed your application was ignorant person you can’t do anything they will deny you and you need to file again together so you should wait it can take now years, months very slow process but i hope everything will be okay
