letter of support
hello, I just received an affidavit letter of support from my father in law because we live at his adress and we need to prove it. the issue is that he put his name and sworn under the penalty statement but forgot to put his signature.
will that be an issue?

Yes. for an affidavit to be valid it requires a date and signature on it

you have to resubmit it again with his signature.
