@Resilient Robin oh yes it is. I saw that before my case was approved. Every month they will be updates on cases

on uscis also shows case is still being processed

@Mrs Shanty plus the NVC had an issue with my email and I didn’t receive the welcome letter by email. They had to mail it to me and I received it yesterday 🥲 it took me exactly 5 weeks to receive it by mail😐

@. …. oh wow I’m sorry to hear that. On the NVC site I think there is away to add an extra email so please do that because each time they requesting something they will be sending a email .

In 2024 Same thing happened during my grandma application but less than a month they requested additional documents for her application…

it's just USCIS's new message change from "...being actively reviewed" to "...processing". I think, from now on, we will not get the message "..being actively reviewed" just "...processing".
