same, response to rfe and havent heard anything, been 5 months already. im holding out hope that they are just waiting for green cards allocations and just doing interviews to get the line moving. But it is still weird.

@Qng Ng its not about visa allocation! its about bdv that they are having suspicion about! In my almost 3 hours long interview 99% questions where related to BDV solutions

@🤲👏 😇 yeah, a lot of other ppl i know have the same experience also, the questions was alot about bdv. But that is why i said it is weird, if they have suspision, they already interview enough applicants to form a general opinion about bdv. The fact that they didnt outright reject anyone so far meaning they either look into things or waiting for visa allocations. And from the fact that there hasnt been many approval in this app anywhere else, i rather hold out hope that it is about the later.

I don't know if the problem is specific with us. A couple that worked for my same employer who is from BDV. they got approved without interview one day before Thanksgiven. So, it improves my hopes I guess.

fill writ of mandamus, they will take action in 60days. hacking law firm $4300 and same employer maybe can do together(not sure).fight for your right!
