@itchy ass Did the USCIS agent tell you EAD would get approved for you between end Jan and Early Feb? my PD is July 06

@adul khan you can always call and find out to see where your status is but yea he told me for the ones that filed at almost the end of july call uscis and say infopass

Well I have called them couple of times and they never told me when it can be processed. They usually refer to the process time thats 8-11 months from PD but thats not always the case, A lot of people are receiving it earlier. So Ill give it a try and see if they can give me an estimate @itchy ass

because i called in december and the lady told me january and then i called again and the guy told me End of January beginning of February but im not hoping so im just going with the flow and trying to be Patient

I just called them and they said the same thing they have been saying for the past couple of weeks. I anyhow expedited it thru congresswoman and sent supporting docs today, hopefully I get to hear something next week. But then again its not guaranteed is what the Staff Member said
