Joseph the Live Agent
Decided to contact an agent to see if there was any update on my case since I received that”we have taken an action” email yesterday 😂
listen! I can’t even be upset because I know these agents have millions of people to deal with daily.
Agent Joseph ID G-015xxx basically said next time check processing times online before contacting us and
From what I can confirm at this time, this case is within the normal processing times and is pending a decision from the USCIS office that has jurisdiction over this case. You will need to continue to wait for further updates regarding this case.
Abruptly ended chat 😂 #liveagent #widow #i-485
