J1 filing for greencard sponsored by U.S spouse
I’m currently on J1 visa and filing for greencard based on marriage. Vietnam (my home country) does not subject to the 2 year home residency requirements. Do I need to submit I-612 along with I-485?

if you don’t have two years residency requirements than you don’t need it.
