I submitted my medicals 2 months ago and today I received my Interview notice.

@Daniel Ad that doesn't mean that they waived interview. A lot of people sends medicals and have interview. @ivan kulev i sent my medicals almost 4 months ago and today i got an update that my case was updates to show that fingerprints were taken. I already got that update in Aug 2019. I applied whole package in 2018. I am getting scared now because there's a lot of denials now

what denials you might facing to? if everything it’s fine. whole my case probably will make 5 years soon. what they have to denial I don’t get it!!! it’s not my fault that they move very slow.

thanks Daniel !!! I appreciate, I had one individual who after submitted the medical exam and 4 months later the attorney told the individual to come and pickup the green card

I’m with clean records, only 1 speeding ticket. that’s all

@ivan kulev they started denying people who overstayed and worked illegaly. A lot of denials recently 😔

@Ice Cream well, we are not sure if they were denied for mispresentation or because of illegal overstay/work

@Ice Cream i doubt that someone lied intentionally. To be honest. There is language barrier which is first and people make honest mistakes. Not everybody is perfect. But like I said before, I doubt that are denying people becauae of their overstay or illegal work because they could deny then more than 80% of immigrants
