@Roula Hanoun from what I know this all is done once the embassy sends you an interview letter allowing you to schedule and saying your case is “ready” for scheduling.

thank you for your help @JD L it looks like Jordan is not listed on the countries. previously I tried to schedule an interview to just see if they would let me and all days were blocked off for me. so it looks like until I get the okay from Jordan embassy is when I can schedule my interview
