is uscis goes by date of Receive and office .
my i130 citizen file for a spuse case at Nebraska for 183 days but I seen other after me got approved , how that works and why cases after me got approved before mine ?

they don't go by dates. the same has happened to me. I've seen people get approved before me and they submitted after me

like I see a September get approved mine is January how they get clearance even before February that make no sense
