the 75 countries thing is not “ban” it’s pause, they will interview you normally, but you will need to wait pause lift to receive your GC visa.

My country is among the 75. I am from Nigeria

if you’re in the USA, do you have an h1b visa to return back to the USA after the interview? if not, you might want to check with a lawyer

The State Department’s 75-country immigrant visa pause says affected applicants may still submit applications and attend interviews, but visa issuance is paused unless an exception applies. No need to be very cautious. Attend the interview. You will be issued a 221g. when the pause is lifted the embassy will send you details on how to get the visa.
