is it possible that rfe response isn’t received by USCIS even after sending it?
hello, we submitted a response to rfe mid august and after a week the status changed to correspondence was received by uscis and they are reviewing it
BUT when i chatted with emma today, they mentioned that the response hasn’t been received and its not applied. not sure what to believe

@Ank G If the case status on the USCIS website has changed to rfe response received, there is no need to worry about it. It's even better if you have a proof of delivery from your mail carrier. It seems Emma agents have limited or delayed access to case information.

@Ank G I don't know if it helps but I got an RFE for my wife's i485 from a nonlocal FO and after response was delivered by a week her i485 status changed to "Correspondence Was Received...." like yours. good luck for all of us

yea same, but i don’t know why emma says that they haven’t received it. its been more than 2 months now

I'm in same boat. I wish it would change to response to RFE received rather than stuck on correspondence received, mine has been 88 days since the status change now @Ank G

@Kevin Rowe isn’t these both statuses the same? and uscis uses them interchangeably?
