Is expedite still possible with all of the recent changes ?
Does anybody know if we can still submit expedite requests for EAD with pending i360 or do we now have to do the premium processing and pay since all of the changes?

you can’t expedite 765 (31)base on 360,it gets approved when 360 is approved but you can expedite 765(c9) base on 485

yeah I thought it was expedite that had gone away and premium processing that was taking over, just going off what I’ve read online

@Mrs King it’s a waste of money doing premium processing. even if you do what’s the guarantee that they will do it. please Sade your money and just be patient your time is very close trust me and just keep praying okay.
