INTERVIEW WAS SCHEDULED
Hello All,
my pd is first week of June, not yet current. interview has been scheduled for next month December. what to expect? not working with sponsor as EAD was approved a week ago, not yet in my hand. working on CPT as i am doing PHD. what do you guys think?

in how many days did you get the letter of schedule? my last update was 13 days ago “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview “ and nothing till now.

@mo kh do you have any idea what you are gonna say if they ask why unskilled job when you have a good degree? That is what concerns me.

Not trying to be negative, but interviewing without working, starting work for the employer, or waiting for EAD approval can be difficult because the decision is discretionary. It can be hard to demonstrate that you genuinely intend to work for the employer, even if you do.
