are you having interview ?

mine is been a month not update yet

i heard that they will ask about the time you live in US. how do you provide yourself ? how you got money to buy food ? who sent you money ? if your parents or relative send you money, where the receipts ? where do you live, with whom ? who is that person ?They focus on people who adjust from f-1 to eb3. Because they try to use up all of the “left out” gc, they push to interview. If it’s suspicious, they will send rfe. If they think the applicant lies or give vague answers, they may deny right away. that’s what I found from the internet. Take it like a grain of salt. Stay strong

you got EAD and all? and when did you file your i485? and which country @Gohar Raza Kapadia

@Green Bear the officer gave me an RFE because for some issue on form I485J. we have already submitted it. overall she gave me positive vibes and said we will have to wait for final action date to be current for further processing
