how to upload pictures? please help

Hi P.; If you have an activated online account, sign in, select case and go to the documents section. There should be a tab for uploading “unsolicited evidence”. Click on that tab and select documents from your source and upload. Documents may include pdf, jpeg etc (it will tell you)

@Mike; I think you have to find approved doctors in the city that you live in. You can do that via the uscis website, that’s how I found mine.

@B AKIN, I have an online USCIS account but i can’t find the documents section, I have been searching for so long and can’t find it . can you help me ? all it shows here is CASE STATUS and CASE HISTORY

@Mike; You don’t need your uscis account. Just go to the website, scroll until you find a tab for searching for approved doctors, enter your post code and it will give you a list. Or google “approved uscis doctors in DC”. The cost varies from city to city and state to state. I saw someone yesterday on Reddit who paid over $1000. I only paid $375 in total because I got my vaccines from different places and only did the test and X-ray with the approved doctor. Yes, after biometrics, I was on “actively being reviewed for 3 weeks before interview was scheduled.

@Fadolf; The documents section only appears if they have sent you correspondence. It may also depend on your service Centre. I had NBC and immediately had all my documents online. Also, the website may be a little confusing. You have to select a particular case (if you have multiple), in order to see the documents section for that case.

@Mike Joni; My advice would be to wait until your interview is scheduled. No need to rush it and pay twice if something goes wrong. That’s what I did.

@Maurico; No problems. After taking oath, she asked: 1. How we met 2. Where we met and date 3. How many children we have individually and together 4. I filled my form wrong by saying I was waived through when I arrived US. But I’m on the visa waiver programme and have ESTA, so she corrected that. 5. If I worked in the US: I told her yes, although I’m employed in the UK, no EAD but didn’t matter. 6. What I did for work before and if I was ever in the military. 7. Aksed my wife only to state our address 8. She wanted a detailed account of my prior marriages. 9. Questions from I-485 form And that was all.

@TWW; I uploaded the photos 2 weeks ago. Apparently, they viewed it because they refused to see any more photos and made reference to the ones that I uploaded.

@Mike Joni; Yes, you must be fully vaccinated. I am not really sure but I don’t know how your field office would react to an out-of-state medical report.

@B Akin will it be late to upload pictures today since my interview is few days away.

@Maurico; From what I saw today, they assess your case file on the day. I don’t think it’s late at all, I think it helps to reach a decision quickly.

@Sharmy; You’re welcome. I never worked in the US, but I was recently employed by my uni in the UK, working remotely. I told the IO but it didn’t seem consequential. I have no EAD.

Yay! Congratulations B Akin! We made it! My i-485 changed status to "Approved" after 24 hours then the next day I-130 was approved too. 7 days later which is today, it now says "Card was produced". I have a question though, did you select in one of the forms for them to send you the social security card?

@Louriz; Congratulations again! Glad it all worked out for you in the end. I’m still waiting for a status update so I’ll give it sometime 😀 About the ssn, I know I requested it at some point, but I don’t remember on what form. I’ll check my copies.

B Akin. i think it was on i-765. so if the IO told you to book an appointment then, it doesnt matter if you selected to receive ssn thru UsCIS or apply directly thtu SSA. i should call SSA then so it will be faster

Hey Louriz, I was just reading your comment when approval came in for I-130. Hopefully approval for I-485 is not far behind. We were lucky weren’t we? @Louriz N

Nice! mine changed today again from “Card was produced” (yesterday’s update) to “card was picked up by Usps” and gave me the tracking number.. yeah. we were!

@Fe; I uploaded mine under I-485 since the interview was going to be based on that application.

Akin: apologizes for asking too much. You mean you uploaded 35 pics and what other evidence do you upload prior to the interview.

@Fe; No problems at all. Yes, I was able to upload 35 pictures in batches of 5 each time. I could have uploaded other documents if I needed to but I didn’t. I submitted with very few basic documents but made sure of their quality. I brought hundreds to the interview but they refused them and said they were satisfied with what I already submitted. They only took copies of car insurance and health insurance that had both of our names and that was it.

Akin: How is this possible? I uploaded my pictures which was successfully submitted but I went back to view it and I couldn’t see it on the document section. Is that how it functions?

Maybe give it sometime and check again. I can still see mine. Maybe it takes time to become visible. Or try to upload them again, no more than 5 pictures at a time.
