@Amrika…GC, it would be nice if a lawyer could help in my case, but I recently spoke with a lawyer, he advised me to just wait.

waiting for what though? what kind of case do you have with USCIS? because you never give any details about your case. if it’s marriage base, Asylum, etc and you don’t have any felony charges against you. there is no absolutely point to keep on waiting. You can wait 5,6,7, years and at the end of the day your case will still be denied.

oh my god I have the same petition type, I-730! and at the same Texas center. you need to contact your congresswoman/man and they can inquire for you. it’s not supposed to take this long!
