thank you Cuban Rican l was denied 130 and 485 due to insufficient evidence l need to start my application again but after 7 month uscis received sencond application l was approved another ead card after 2 years l was scheduled for another interview the interview went smooth and we had a lot evidence to proff our marriage is real my ead card about to expire again l have to file renewal last month my ead card renewal approve after a week my old 130 petition denied reopen for consideration but no decision on my 485, l just wanna know if anybody in the same boat or anybody have ldea how long uscis will make a decision on my 485

since your denied i-130 has been reopened for consideration, wait on it, once you have that approval, they will surely approve your i-485. that will settle everything.

Israel, for the fact they reopened your old i130 is a good news. I don’t think they will delay you much again. you should be getting approved any time soon. Keep the hope alive. Enjoy your moments while waiting

I waiting since 3 years submitted RFE for I 130 after then i put service request and i got mail that they denied my both form @jude love

reason I don't know didn't get notice yet

l already re applied 2 years ago and another interview completed 7 months ago our interview was very smooth me and my wife have a lot proff our marriage is real but instead uscis to approve my green card they approve my ead renewal but my 485 is pending the old 130 denied reopen for consideration
