sent my wife off back to America today, nothing has changed. still don’t know wtf is going on, it would be easier to be illegal over there honestly, you try and do things the right way and you just get pushed aside, it just goes to show they don’t care about you and never will. sorry for the venting but it’s just been an emotional day, my wife is a mess and I can’t be there to comfort her while she’s riding back to America. maybe everyone on here will have better luck then us. 👍🏼

Your feelings are valid . I hate that people on here trying to normalize people waiting more than a year to get approved for USC applying for their spouses . I’m in the same boat with a daughter , what proof do they really need ???

dear@Jacob Needham i am in same bout i I tried everything I contacted with congressman , White House, USCIS enquiry = same answer: you are under normal processing time.. I live alone without my family without my husband. I don't have children 37 years. i'm dying

i feel you, it sucks to see people doing how they want not following rules and still get a green card within weeks when we go by the book and wait more than a year for first approval not even the green card yet
