after you submit all the fees and documents to Nvc you'll have to wait around 2 months to get documentary qualified

now you have to wait for document qualified email for this submit papers

I’m still waiting. i824 follow to join. waiting since 22 months to get approved got no response. case is in NBC and my husband is a green card holder. my case is out of normal processing time sent inquiry but no response.

It took almost 2 years for 824 approval, I applied in dec 2020 as follow to join. It was at Texas center then moved to nbc

this is getting real frustrating. in some days my case will complete 2 years. no approvals nothing. i feel like giving up.

it toolk 2 years to get 824 to get approved and then maybe 3 weeks to get welcome letter from nvc
