I did my biometrics on 3/17 .. I called uscis on 3/27 and told them I have a job offer and financial loss and was told to upload the evidence under my i765 unsolicited evidence on my online account .. on 3/28 I also reach out to my congressman and send the same evidence and they did an inquiry for me . on 4/1 tier uscis officer called me to explain my situation then 4/2 I was approved

oh wow! congrats. you didn't have to wait much time for the work authorization. that's impressive. I guess it all depends on who your case manager is. My case went in on January. I'm still waiting on my work permit.
