been waiting for almost 2 years now and NADA .. is ridiculous!

they increased the process time for this type of cases to 27.5 months...my case almost 27 months and still waiting.

I tried to call them many times but the answer machine didn't aloud me to talk to an officer....is there any way to call a live agent?

I did yesterday 🥳 after 33 months waiting 🙂 application was jointly and switched to waiver a year ago
