Can you share your experience if you filed Jointly I751 then switched to waiver based on divorce?
My case is at Nebraska office.
I am getting divorced and I feel disappointed and desperate.
When we filed jointly we submitted a lot of evidence ( taxes, joint accounts, credit cards, auto insurance, driver licenses, life insurance, dental insurance, car registration, car title, pictures, emergency contact forms, letters of support from friends, flight tickets, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, cinema/shows/museum tickets, gift receipts, gym membership, Costco membership, fishing licenses family account, bills, lease, HOA forms)
Now I have to switch to a divorce waiver.
what should I expect?

Hello, how did you do? I attached the petition but we arrived two years apart. We still don't have a divorce. We are just doing it. What should I do? They sent me to ask for evidence
