i751 and n400
is any state is immigration friendly.. m i751 is pending since 2018 and I will be eligible to file n400 based on 5 years rule in September 22. is it worth moving from Texas dallas to any other state and file n400 from there

I'm pending from Feb 2019... I also file n400 under 5 years rule... n400 filed in Feb 2022... still waiting for interview... I guess they will make combo interview...

I highly recommend commend you NJ, but u must file in Zip codes near Newark. In this field most people always get approved.
