i751 - WAC
Hi everyone,
finally i751 approved in California service center.
here’s the timeline:
jan2020 - i751 submitted
sep 2020 - bio re use
nov 2020 - n400 filed(after that i751 case transferred to nbc)
July8,2021(today) case approved, still waiting on n400 thou.
happy to answer any questions.
no rfe, no interview, did hire an immigration attorney.

I got an email from attorney first, checked online and this app later just to confirm. as per my attorney it can take up to 2 weeks to receive letter/gc in the mail.

10/28 case transferred to NBC
10/29 case transferred to local office
12/2020 fingerprint taken
2/2021 N400 submitted
3/15 fingerprint reused
after that no update !!

hi Deep, glad to hear your good news. you got approved in exactly 18 months? my PD is December 2020 so I should expect something in June 2022? so far only biometrics applied to case in April. nothing after that

@T yea, my 18 month extension was expiring in august, funny thing is today I was gonna ask for info pass to get stamp on my passport but found out my case is approved, I would say things have started picking up(Covid n all) maybe you hear sooner than that, it all depends there’s no trend that you can find. I used to calculate things like going 15-20 numbers back(wac*****100), I would check when was 80 approved, 81,82 n so on but there was no trend in timeline, all about luck and the officer you get.
