What's the issue?

I was in removal proceedings since 2016 now my removal proceedings was dismissed by the judge and try to adjust my status with uscis

i485 adjustement of status family based

ok same as me my case is just stuck in Texas forever my lawyer had to refile a new case in March I already had my ead approve now my new case at nbc when was your case dismissed

is dismissed on February 2022

call uscis and tell them you want to know where your case is located I just did and found out my case was transferred to the nbc

how long take your ead to approve

less than 3 months

@balimore fille, why do you have to wait until 2023? my case dismissed in court last May 2021 and I applied adjustment of status with uscis

@tas smith, it happened to me too. My lawyer had to refill again and also made another payment. My case is in NBC now

@amen did you get your ead approved from your old case I did and now find out both old and new case at nbc

@tas smith, the old case was in texas service center but the new application is in NBC. Sep 2021 is my priority date with the new one

@amen I talk to another agent today he told that my old still in Texas so I ask him if that will affect anything he told me no whichever one they get to first they will close the other if both case are the same thing
