Ricardo it take me one months to get terminate

Ricardo normally I was supposed to get a master hearing on February 25th 2022 and after that one day I’m looking online in the website I see no future hearing for this case and I see the judge make decisions on my case on February 16th ,and I received my termination letter after two weeks . but my lawyer not did anything for me because I’m already assisting my first hearing in 2019 the judge terminate my case automatically

@Baltimore fillers ok I didn’t know I was on removal it was after my interview with uscis and they sent me the letter,I check on the website I see no future hearings for this case and everything else pending,I don’t even know if I miss a hearing or nothing didn’t received a NTA.

Ricardo when you come in the us via border or with viza you never applying for asylum, me in 2016 I was crossing the border illegally that’s the reason I was placed in removal proceedings since 2016 in finally in 2019 I was assisted my first master hearing and on 2022 I’m done

@Baltimore no B2 visitors visa I was married before (wife died) case got denied few years later remarried filed a different petition via US citizen I-130 approved 485 administratively closed due to proceedings

@iamrecardo ok I’m understand you don’t have lawyer why you don’t write uscis to reopen your case but tell me your removal proceedings never got terminate

you don’t miss any hearing the judge was terminated maybe now you don’t receive any documents letter from the judge

so what do I need to do now that I don’t have no future hearings with the court,how do I overcome the removal proceedings?

Ricardo I don’t know you tell me your i485 administratively closed if your i485 closed uscis not gonna adjust your status you supposed to filled another one or write you uscis to reopen your case

@almost they received my letter on 26 Jan. still under review 😩

@almost seems like the office dealing with case like us is just 1 or 2 dealing with thousands of cases like this. most officers governments officers are lazy and no one can cast ask them why.

I was planning to withdraw my I-485 and re apply it. that might help. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I believe cases like ours is treated by different officer, my last interview I found out a lot from my friendly immigration officer
