@ Shino, would you mind to share reasons why you filed your I-290B, how long it took them to respond to send you receipt notice and how long it finally took them to reopen your case and approve it.

I'm in the same situation, 3 months now, the only thing I have received is a receipt letter and that they have transferred it to another jurisdiction

@Jacky J Sure, I don’t mind at all. My I-360 was initially denied because they claimed I wasn’t eligible to be married at the time, even though I actually was it was an error on their part. I had to file an appeal to clarify the mistake. I submitted the I-290B in either November or December, and after it was transferred, I received a preliminary response. Then, on February 25th, 2025, the appeal was approved. Then i360 case was reopened on July 11th 2025 and approved the same day.
