theres are 3 tabs, status, history and documents, it is under documents. this option doesn't work from a phone you have to be on a laptop or computer

@Latina Pendergrass how did you find out your background checks had been completed? I remember you saying that in another post, but did you ask specifically or did a nice service officer actually provide you more information then most do? Thanks 😊

no I didn't, I asked for any and all progress that had been made towards a decicion and just by the Grace of God I had someone that day that gave me all the answers

@ Latina Pendergrass And with your approval did the app status change to approved, or did you just find the document for approval in your account?

I found the document and then like 5 hours later it changed

uscis.gov. when you log in you should see an outline of your case with the reciept number that says the same thing as you NOA, there should be 3 tabs there and the last one should say document

i tried the week before and, they denied it

when was your pd

I've been trying to access the document on the page, couldn't see it. Maybe because my case started with IOE, they asked me for an access code. I did expedite, on December they asked for more proof with sent them since then no action. we called UCSIS on 19th May, June second they assigned our questions to an officer for answer. Hope he just go ahead and approve the cases
