I130 spouse
Hi! Anyone here with an IOE I-130 spouse case filed in October 2025 already received approval or “actively reviewing” update?
I’m currently around 202 days waiting. No RFE so far.
Trying to understand how much USCIS is currently working on October cases. Thanks 🙂

mine filed in May 2025..interview done..RFE sent. but nothing yet ..called them last month and they said everything is still under review

Yesterday, my official USCIS online account suddenly showed “Case Approved” with an approval date of April 30, 2026, Could this be a USCIS system bug or a synchronization issue? Has anyone had this happen before?
