the questions he asked me the officer asked me what the car 🚘 husband make including model, year , how many bedrooms do you have? Are you living in apartment? are you meet your husband parents? what types food 🥘 you like cooking? who cooks in the house? what movies who’s like watched together on Netflix? you kids is ready for the school enrollment? where did you married? and he asked me for my kid’s birthday date ? what time your husband wakup in the morning ? he asked me the questions two times guys to make me trouble but I’m fairly confident about that and I responded the same sentences if you not responded the same sentences his gonna trap you

@A my Pd is 05/23/2019 my it’s been a long time when I filled my I130 it’s was in California on November 2020 I send a inquiry outside normal processing he responded your case is ready shedule for interview and since I don’t hear nothing and on February 1rst my husband was calling the uscis and he talk to them and the uscis tell my husband he gonna shedule my appointment at my field office and on February 16 I received my letter notice for interview if you are a case pending guys keep calling because if I never called my case not never shedule for interview

at the end the interview the officer give you a paper 📄 to sign me and my husband and he gonna keep it for him self on her record this is document show you are completely your interview for mariage Bona Fide true your mariageis good you not maried for benefits

I filled the i130 separately because I’m in removals proceedings when my i130 approved my case gonna be continued to the Imigration court I have my upcoming appointments hearing form Imigration court when I get my approval I’m gonna go the court in the judge gonna allowed me to filed the i485 and cancel my removal proceedings this is the reason I filed my i130 separately is the first step mariage based green card petition for aliens relative

@A if you called them it’s gonna take care you talk to your petitionner and he gonna tell you was going on on your case me to on November 2020 I’m keep sending inquiry online in nothing didn’t change on my case and my husband was calling and now the problem was resolved if you’re the beneficiary talk to your husbands or wife to calling for you give us all information and he gonna talk to your petitionner because uscis don’t talking to beneficiary only the petitionner can calling

@Baltimore thanks for the information, am in the same situation waiting for approval of I-130 then my lawyer can file motion to dismiss case so I can file I-485. I talked to my wife and she will be calling at end of this month since we just got a reply from our inquiry. My case is pending hearing since I moved state. Finally I get to hear someone in same situation. Do you have a lawyer?

Let me know when you get approval. My state has no immigration court. The judge sits in Portland Oregon and USCIS lawyers are based in Seattle as of now it's pending further notice. The small court has jurisdiction in a different state.

Update!! my wife called and she was told an immigration officer will call her within 7 days and she was given a phone number that she will expect to see from 7am eastern time. She got an email to confirm. Tier 1 was saying the same generic information but I told her to ask for Tier 2. Thank you. Will update you.

i got my interview same as you and only problem was on my medical report where the doctor office put my incorrect license number from dec09, 2020 still my case is in review, good luck tou you.
