i130 gc holder
Hello to everyone,
In May 19/2023 my husband (greencard holder) , submit i130 petition for alien relative,
in August 4/2023 #case was actively reviewed by uscis, and in March 5/2024 #case is taking longer than expected.
California service center
Can anyone tell me how much can last this situation , from your experience?
I will appreciate your answer 🙏🙏🙏

one week ago is takin longer than expected
now 5 weeks to make a decision 😔😔😔

Hola , California son 42 meses de espera para la categoría f2a , el tiempo cambia bastante desde el 2021 hay personas en espera para aprobaciones

green card holders take longer time to get approval for Alien relative. it may take up to 2 years or more
