so long like almost 2 years for some people .. some get it in year and half

right now, you’ll wait a year or 2 to get approval from USCIS. But still depends where you case will be assigned. then at NVC stage, you have to complete the required docs. once completed, you’ll wait for an interview letter for your beneficiary from embassy. then this depends from what country you’re from. others wait for 2-3 years just to get an interview. this is during pandemic. depends on the embassy’s backlogs. i’ll say it will take 2-5 years is the safest timeline.
