hey, guys, i have a question back in the days i applied for asylum and i got denied and they put me back on my visa now am applying for my green card through marriage everything is going okay until now, so when i get my green card can i go back home or still there not gonna let me in us again or it's gonna be okay no one gonna ask about that

I know alot of people who got their green card through asylum nott even marriage and still go back to their home country right after they get their green card so that's why asylum is so hard to win nowadays too many fraud and lies

u lucky they put u back on your visa they usually put people on deportation removal proceedings right after they deny them

they put you on removal proceedings only if you’re out of status, if you’re in status and your asylum is denied you’re back to your old status
